Description
Sterling silver, 24 karat, and 18 karat yellow gold pendant designed and hand made by Atelier Zobel / Peter Schmid. It is a rectangular shape with a hidden bail. It is also equipped with a pin to wear as a brooch. It features 19 round brilliant cut diamonds that have a total weight of 0.19 carat. The color grade is top light brown and the clarity grade is VS1. The diamonds are each set in individual ‘seats,’ flush with the metal. The base of the pendant is blackened sterling silver. Pure, 24 karat gold has been hammered into the silver in a triangular pattern. The rest of the rectangle is a repeated pattern of gold over silver; many pieces of pure 24 karat gold are melted into the silver. The diamonds are set within this pattern. The defined shapes are separated by a reticulation line where the metal has been folded. The rear of the piece is equipped with 2 D rings for a chain, and with a pin and 18 karat yellow gold catch. The style number is 161.894.
