18 karat rose and white gold, moonstone and diamond “Celeste” pendant designed and created by Mark Patterson. The pendant features an oval shaped rainbow moonstone cabochon weighing 4.24 carats set within a crescent moon shape. The moon is smooth set with 15 round brilliant cut diamonds, each F-G in color and VS in clarity, totaling 0.14 carats in weight. The back of the pendant has an 18 karat white gold hidden moon and star motif. The pendant is married to an 18 karat rose gold cable chain measuring 18″ with a lobster claw clasp.
