18 karat yellow gold and diamond Milky Aquamarine ring designed and created by Alex Sepkus. The ring features a cabochon milky aquamarine that measures 12x12mm and weighs 7.75 carat. It is set in a bezel. The bezel tapers to a gold shank. The upper half of the shank features carved circular patterns. There are 9 round brilliant cut diamonds bezel set within the carvings. The diamonds together weigh 0.10 carat (FG/VVS). The carvings are accentuated with a hand applied oxidation. The entire ring is finished with Alex's signature patina. Style R-139.
