18 karat yellow gold and pink sapphire necklace designed and created by Sethi Couture. The "Mylene" necklace features 25 graduated pink sapphires that are set in prongs and separated by delicate rings along the front of the chain. The sapphires together weigh 1.17 carats. The necklace is 18" in length, and has a jump ring at 16". It is finished in a high polish. Style number 2202NS-YG-PK.
