18 karat yellow gold and sapphire gemstone necklace designed and created by Alex Sepkus. The necklace features faceted multi hue sapphire beads that measure 3-5mm in diameter. They are predominantly pink with other colors mixed in. The beads are full drilled and strung into a necklace with 10 18 karat yellow gold "Flora" beads interspersed.
