18 karat white gold and diamond “Sparkler” pendant designed and created by Sethi Couture. The pendant features a round rose cut diamond set in a bezel with milgrain detailing, surrounded by spokes punctuated by small round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds together weigh 0.215 carats. The pendant slides along an adjustable 16-18″ 18 karat white gold cable chain with a lobster claw clasp. The style number is 2141NS-WG.
