18 karat yellow gold and diamond “Heart Shaped” pendant designed and created by Alex Sepkus. The pendant features a heart shaped 18 karat yellow gold element set with round brilliant cut diamonds within a pattern of circular carvings. There are 6 diamonds in total, all F-G in color and VVS in clarity, weighing a total of 0.04 carats. The pendant is finished with hand-applied oxidation and stippling. The pendant slides along an 18 karat yellow gold cable chain measuring 18″ with a lobster claw clasp. The style number is M-2215.
