18 karat yellow gold hinged diamond hoops designed and created by Mark Patterson. The earrings feature diamonds on the front of the hoop and the front of the back. There are 34 round brilliant cut diamonds set in a french cut style that together weigh 1.91 carats. The earrings have a curved post that snaps from front to back. The hoops measure 20mm in diameter.
