18 karat yellow gold and diamond “Sticks and Stones” Yowah Opal heart pendant designed and created by Alex Sepkus. The pendant features a Yowah Opal which comes from Australia and has deep inclusions of color. The opal is cut into the shape of a heart and weighs 29.70 carats. It is front drilled off center to attach to an 18-karat yellow gold bail that is accented with one bezel set round brilliant cut diamond (.03ct F/VS).
